  1. Elisa says:

    Hi, it’s me again
Interesting topic, because your personality/ characteristics/ nature is entirely up to you. It can be seen in the actions and decisions you make. Of course it’s possible to try to be something else.. but it’s not going to work;) Fortunately you can change your personality if you want to, but it’s not going to be ” a piece of cake”.

Anyway, thanks a lot and in my mind, You’re surprisingly similar but really different personalities at the same time, which is the reason for your good friendship…

    Bye-Bye

    1. Craig says:

      Hi Elisa,

Were there any adjectives on our list that you didn’t know?

Please tell us if the vocabulary in our podcasts is too easy for you and we’ll throw in some more advanced words.

      Take care,
      Craig

      1. Elisa says:

        Hi Craig,

I think I’ve heard and read nearly all those adjectives but believe me, most of them I can’t remember when I should .. I’m hopelessly absent-minded!

The word tiresome was unfamiliar to me but it’s good!
I use ‘spineless’ in stead of cowardly. The word consistency is unbelievably difficult to remember therefore I use the word logic. And the word obstinate was unfamiliar too, despite the fact that I’m quite stubborn 😉

No, no, no I feel that nowadays everything is too difficult for me 😉 so the level and the vocabulary in your podcasts are OK. I’ll tell you if I get bored or I if I start sleeping during the episode!

        Bye -e-

  2. Mamen says:

    Hi Craig&Reza

I’ve just listened to your podcast while I was tyding up my bedroom and I’ve had to stop because I’ve been so touched with your words, you two are great and so kind.

I couldn’t believe what did you say, I ‘ve just stopped and put it again and I thought, ” they said Mamen?it’s impossible..” it’s amazing.

Thank you so, so much for your words, I’m still so happy I think the expression is “over the moon”?… In some way I think I’m like micky mouse, but I sadly have to say that like everybody I have bad things and like Elisa said better try to admit it because is our personality,so here I am to tell you three bad things about me, like you do in your podcast :))

I try to explain it because I can’t find a word, so maybe you could help me.
Here in Spain we say that a person ” tiene un pronto muy fuerte”, ” es como la gaseosa” , do you know what it means ” tener un pronto”?, do you have a expression or word for that?, that’s one of my very very bad things.
One more, I’m so lazy not for doing sports but for working, the same as Craig, though I’m a woman, I’m a very hard working woman but only sometimes not consistency (never heard that word, thanks)

And the last but not the only one, I’m like the donkey so stubborn and at the same time naive, maybe a little Reza perhaps..

    Not bad, don’t you think?

Anyway, thank you so much for your podcast always a pleasure hearing you, love it!

    XoXo

    Mamen

    1. Craig says:

We’re ‘over the moon’ to have you as a listener, Mamen!

      1. Mamen says:

        Thank you ,you’re “charming” ?
Sorry for beeing so stubborn but, do you have an expresion to say ” tener un pronto” is like when suddenly you are angry but only for a moment…
Thanks again and sorry for my mistakes?

      2. Reza says:

        Mamen,

Having met you, I can say that you seem a very well-rounded person. In other words, you have a good selection of a variety characteristics. I take my hat off – or beret;) – to you!
        Reza.

  3. Craig says:

I’d never heard of the expression ‘tener un pronto’ before, but according to wordreference.com it means “a fit of temper” which makes sense with your description.

“Le dio un pronto y se marchó,” – “He had a fit of temper and went away.”

I lose my temper at times also and I feel really bad afterwards.

    Craig x

    1. Mamen says:

      Thanks Craig
I checked on wordreference too before I asked you because I thought it wasn’t exactly that meaning but doesn’t matter
      Have a good night
      Loads of hugs
      Xoxo
      Mamen

  4. Aw, this was a really nice post. Taking a few minutes
and actual effort to produce a superb article… but what
can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don’t manage to get anything done.
